Who We Are
We introduce ourselves as a foremost UDYAM MSME–licensed, Labour-licensed by the Government of Tamil Nadu Labour Department, and GST-registered security service provider under the name SENTRY Security Services Pvt. Ltd.
As a leading top-notch security company based in Dindigul, we bring over 20 years of experience in the security services industry. In 2016, we started a branch in Coimbatore under my leadership as Branch Head, which was later established as a new entity in 2017 under a different sole proprietorship with my name and license.
Sentry Security Services has a state-wide security service network, currently serving over 90 companies, including industries, warehouses, private commercial sites, ATMs, etc., across Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, and Dindigul. We are also providing security personnel to apartments, ATMs, resorts, and private hotels.
Our Strength
Our services include guarding services, executive protection, event security management, hi-tech security systems, and advanced security training.
Our team strength consists of 190 guards, 12 lady guards, 17 ASOs, 6 SOs, and 5 Field Officers. From ASOs, SOs, Field Officers, managers, and myself, 90% of our workforce is a young team with strong experience, knowledge, and passion. Our primary focus is on the growth of our company and our career, rather than chasing high profits like many other security service providers.

What Makes Us Different
For the first time in the security services industry, we introduced a unique service called “Feedback and Compliance Call.” Through this initiative, we regularly discuss each guard’s performance and identify areas for improvement to deliver better service quality. These sessions are conducted weekly or once every 15 days, depending on the number of guards deployed, and are personally visited by me to ensure clear communication between the Employer, Contractor, and Employee.
One of the main reasons many security services fail is the lack of communication and field visits. To overcome this, we introduced this system two years ago, and it has been working very successfully.

Our pricing is nominal and transparent, covering minimum wages, social security contributions, and basic comforts as mandated by the Government from time to time.

Terms & Conditions
- All deployed security guards will strictly follow duty timings, post responsibilities, and reporting procedures as instructed by the client and field officer.
- A daily logbook will be maintained at the site, recording visitor entries, material movement, incidents, shift changes, and any unusual observations.
- Surprise day and night audits will be conducted by the field officer to ensure guard alertness, grooming standards, and duty compliance.
- Guards will be provided proper uniforms and basic training in access control, gate management, patrolling, and emergency procedures before deployment.
- Guards will not be assigned any non-security tasks such as housekeeping, personal errands, loading/unloading, or any unrelated work unless mutually agreed.
- Security personnel will ensure no unauthorized person, vehicle, or material enters or exits the premises without proper verification.
- In case any additional security equipment is required (torch, baton, whistle, walkie-talkie, etc.), the client must inform in advance; extra charges may apply depending on requirements.
- The organization must provide basic necessities such as drinking water, shade/shelter, and restroom access for guards during their duty hours.
- All guards will maintain proper grooming standards, discipline, and professional behaviour throughout their duty period. Any misconduct will be addressed immediately.
- As compared to other security services, we provide a service named feedback and compliance call per month.
- Payment can be done from the organization from the date of 1 to 10, according to their wish but uniformly time through every month.
- If there are any dissatisfactions or compliance from a certain security guard, you can contact us anytime and we will change the guard within 3 days’ time.
- Leaves that are taken from a respective guard will be covered by the fellow guards or field officer will take charge, no position will be lead unattended.
- All security guards will be verified and from administration side we will provide 2 I'd proofs of every guards
- In case of any need from the client side for a important meeting, we will try to attend within 24 hours.
- If any guard quits, we have minimum of 3 days’ notice period that will be signed prior to their employment. And within those 3 days we will provide a new guard.

- The above rates are based on current wages, material costs, and other operational expenses. These rates are exclusive of PF & ESI contributions. If PF, ESI, Pension, and Gratuity benefits are required, an additional amount of ₹3,000 will be added.
- The above rates are inclusive of substitutes for weekly offs, holidays, or any absenteeism. They also include benefits, bonuses, and the cost of uniforms for summer, monsoon, and winter seasons.
- GST is optional. If applicable for Security Guard Services or Housekeeping Services, 18% GST will be charged as per government norms (9% CGST + 9% SGST)
